Our Story
In 2023, our founding team — a group of engineering managers and delivery leads at a fast-growing SaaS company — realized they were spending more time chasing status updates than actually solving delivery problems.
Jira said one thing. GitHub said another. Slack was a firehose of conflicting signals. And by the time a dependency slip surfaced in a weekly standup, it was already too late to course-correct.
